Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- In original packaging with tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on rashguards that have been removed from their original packaging.
How to Return or Exchange

Step 2: Wait for Approval
Our team will respond within 2 business days with:
- Return authorization
- Shipping instructions
- Return address (3423 Center Avenue, Fresno, US 93710)
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package your items securely and ship to our Fresno facility. We recommend:
- Using a trackable shipping method
- Retaining your shipping receipt until process is complete
- Including the original packing slip or order confirmation
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds process within 5 business days
- Method: Funds return to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Exchanges
For size or product exchanges:
- We’ll ship your new item once we receive the return
- Price differences will be charged/refunded as needed
- Follow the same process as returns, specifying “exchange” in your request
International Returns
For adventurers outside the US:
- You’re responsible for return shipping costs
- Customs fees are non-refundable
- Processing may take additional time
