Shipping Information

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping (Recommended)

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipping
  • Cost: $12.95 USD
  • Best for: Faster delivery with tracking

Free Shipping

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipping
  • Cost: Free for orders over $50 USD
  • Best for: Budget-conscious shoppers who don’t mind waiting

Note: We currently don’t ship to some remote areas and parts of Asia. Shipping times may vary during peak seasons.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our adventure-ready apparel. If your gear doesn’t meet your expectations, our straightforward returns process has you covered.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Original packaging with tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Important: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on rashguards that have been removed from their original packaging.

How to Return or Exchange

Step 1: Submit Your Request

  • Subject: Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]
  • Body: Include:
    • Your request type (return or exchange)
    • Order number
    • Item details (name, size, color)
    • Reason for return
    • Preferred resolution (refund or exchange details)
    • Your shipping address

Step 2: Wait for Approval

Our team will respond within 2 business days with:

  • Return authorization
  • Shipping instructions
  • Our return address: 3423 Center Avenue, Fresno, US 93710

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package your items securely and ship to our Fresno facility. We recommend:

  • Using a trackable shipping method
  • Retaining your shipping receipt
  • Including the original packing slip or order confirmation

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds process within 5 business days
  • Method: Funds return to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchanges

For size or product exchanges:

  • We’ll ship your new item once we receive the return
  • Price differences will be charged/refunded as needed
  • Follow the same process as returns, specifying “exchange” in your request

International Returns

For adventurers outside the US:

  • You’re responsible for return shipping costs
  • Customs fees are non-refundable
  • Processing may take additional time
